Michael Alliman
Michael earned a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Accounting Major) from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. After a few years with Price Waterhouse (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) Michael left public accounting for industry and enjoyed a 20+ year career in the fresh produce industry in key positions including Sales, General Manager, President, CEO, CFO, and Vice President of Operations and Logistics. With a passion for small business, Michael started a management consulting firm in the mid 1990's with the emphasis on start-ups, turnarounds, and growth.
In 2010 Michael merged his company (Alliman Financial Consulting) with Consulting Services International (CSI) and became the driving force behind their strategic growth and marketing. His clients have included Agricultural organizations, financial groups, medical offices, cities, state agencies, distribution facilities and artists. As a gifted author and public speaker, Michael has trained and entertained thousands through engaging, hands-on seminars, sessions, and motivational speeches to groups large and small. In addition, Michael is an expert in Quickbooks (all versions) and is a Wave Accounting Pro adviser.

Daylene Alliman
Daylene has been a business consultant in both the private and public sectors for over 20 years, specializing in Human Resources, Administration, and Coaching. A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Daylene has a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Portland Sate University Daylene is nationally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management through the Human Resource Certification Institute holds a Coaching certificatin through the Ford Institute at JFK University, and is a 2004 graduate of Leadership Monterey Peninsula. Daylene is also an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources at Brandman University.
